TheFullEnglish - Meet James - On The Road James

It's been some time since we photographed a guy in his own bedroom and nosed at his knick-knacks. Nothing sets up a story better than a model's own linen bin, slippers and sweet treats he may hide under the bed or on top of the wardrobe. Shooting James in his digs did have its drawbacks though – having to remain very quiet so his flatmates didn't know what he was up to! James looks younger than his years but has been involved with the technical side of the entertainment industry for over a decade . At the moment he's working for a top West End night club but in a matter of days he might well find himself touring with a theatrical production for six months. Whatever assignments are thrown at him though James knows he is destined to a life of odd shifts and unsociable hours since his working day generally starts at 5pm and finishes at 11pm. This means he's ready to hit the town as most people are heading to bed which is very frustrating and puts a huge strain on any long term relationship. He threw us a curveball as we left when he revealed that he is actually a daddy working miles away from home.
